At DEGINEST, customer satisfaction matters. Most digital products are non-refundable once delivered due to their nature. However, if a product is defective, not as described, or delivery fails, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for review.
Refund requests should be sent to support@deginest.sbs with your order details and issue description. If eligible, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that have been downloaded or accessed unless faulty.
